DÉROULEMENT

Dès 9h30 : Accueil.
De 10h00 à 12h00 :
Atelier d’échanges autour de thèmes variés ou gym douce.
De 12h00 à 13h30 :
Repas (15€ – à confirmer).
De 13h30 à 15h30 :
Atelier détente (jeux de société, activités culturelles, bricolages, montage floral…).
